Shamala Gallagher

Shamala Gallagher is a poet and essayist and the author of Late Morning When the World Burns (The Cultural Society, 2019). In its explorations of race, neurodivergence, class, and queerness, her work inhabits the anguished affects around privilege and marginalization. Originally from a Silicon Valley ethnoburb, she now lives in Athens, GA.
